General

We currently don't have a showroom, but you can place an order and return any unwanted items within 14 days of receipt for a full refund, provided they are unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

If a product is available for purchase, it means we have it in stock and can dispatch it immediately.

If a product shows a red "Pre-order" button, it means stock is on the way to us. You can secure your order by making payment now. An "Estimated Arrival" date will be displayed above the button.

If a product is "Out of Stock," lead times may be several months. You can sign up for a notification using our "Email When Available" button, and we will alert you when we have new stock.

Additionally, installation information can be found right below the product details.

You can order individual items as samples, which you'll pay for upfront.

If the samples aren't suitable, you can return them using our returns portal.

As long as the goods are undamaged and in their original packaging, we'll issue a full refund in accordance with our returns policy.

We offer a welcome discount to first-time customers who sign up for our newsletter.

We offer trade accounts for businesses in the interior design and construction industries. To apply, simply complete our short application form. Once your application is reviewed and approved by our trade team, you’ll be able to log in and access trade prices instantly.

Your initial trade discount will be set at 15%, with the potential for an increase as you reach our spend tier thresholds. We will review your account every six months, and if your annual spend is below £1,500, we may adjust the discount level accordingly. We will contact you in advance if any changes are necessary.

For large projects requiring a high volume of hardware products, such as large residential or hospitality projects, we can provide a custom quotation. Please contact us at enquiries@thequaliscollection.com to discuss how we can assist you.

We maintain good stock levels for most product lines in our warehouse, so smaller orders are typically dispatched the same working day.

If a product is out of stock but available for pre-order, a pre-order button will display with an estimated availability date.

You can also sign up for an email notification using the "Notify me when available" button.

Shipping & Returns

Orders placed before 3:30pm are dispatched the same day. We provide Royal Mail 48 delivery or DPD next-day service. Orders made after 3:30pm on Friday will be delivered on Monday.

We offer two shipping options: Standard Delivery and Next Working Day Delivery. Standard Delivery is provided via Royal Mail at a cost of £4.99 and typically takes 3-5 working days. For quicker delivery, our Next Working Day service via DPD costs £8.99, or it's free for orders over £250. To be eligible for next-day delivery, orders must be placed by 3:30pm the preceding day. If you place your order before 3:30pm on Friday, you'll receive it on Saturday.

Please note, next-day delivery is not available for orders made on Saturday or Sunday; these orders will be delivered the following Tuesday. Remember, delivery timeframes start once we have your items in stock, so check your order confirmation for any pre-order details and estimated dispatch dates.

Items that are unused and in their original condition and packaging may be returned within 14 days of delivery. For a complete outline of our returns and refunds policy, please refer to the link provided here.

After we receive your return, we will process your refund within 3-5 business days.

At present, in-person collection of orders is not available; delivery is the only option. We provide free delivery for orders exceeding £250.
